Elizabeth Margaret "Liz" McClarnon (born 10 April 1981) is an English pop singer, dancer and television presenter.
Liz was born the 10th of April, 1981. She was born in the British port of Liverpool in Mill Road Hospital. Even though she loved music when she was young, she never thought that she would become a professional singer. So after school she strated training to become a lawyer.
When she was younger she was a shy girl, so when her music teacher, Sharon Ashton, got her an audition to a local girlgroup project in Liverpool she actually had to force her to go. The audition was held by Andy McCluskey, there she met Kerry Katona and Heidi(member of Sugababes). Heidi decided to leave before launching the "Atomic Kitten", so Natasha "Tash" Hamilton replaced her. This band is what Liz is most known for.
Elizabeth has been engaged twice, but unluckily none of the engagements lasted. At first she was engaged to her childhood sweetheart Tommy Hibbs until 2001, then she was engaged to former "Blue" singer Lee Ryan in 2003. in 2007 she lived with but was not engaged to footballer Lee Trundle. Liz prefers to wear pink or white knickers, which she sometimes displays as a result of very short skirts. She is a very naughty girl. In February 2008, she appeared at G-A-Y Astoria with the other girls and wore some tiny silk panties that showed off her full bare bum cheeks.
Since "Atomic Kitten" decided to take a break,she is know a solo artist. Her most famous work after the "break up" is the song "Woman In Love" and her role as contestant on "Making Your Mind Up" in 2007.
Liz has been working hard with her music after the Kittens break, preparing tracks for her own debut album. Her first single release, "Woman In Love/I Get The Sweetest Feeling", became number 5 in the charts on its release in February this year, a remixed version hit number one in the dance charts.
